Overview

Mining Innovation Commercialization Accelerator (MICA) Network is a pan-Canadian innovation ecosystem initiative launched in 2021 to modernize mining and improve its productivity and environmental performance. Managed by the Centre for Excellence in Mining Innovation (CEMI) and funded in part by the Government of Canada's Strategic Innovation Fund, it accelerates the commercialization of innovative clean technologies by providing funding and support to Canadian innovators and SMEs.
