Elementa Labs

Elementa Labs is a virtual incubator program powered by Mount Sinai Innovation Partners (MSIP), the commercialization arm of the Mount Sinai Health System. The 12-week program is designed for pre-seed and seed-stage companies in healthcare and biotechnology, including therapeutics, digital health, diagnostics, and medical devices. It helps startups strategically align with the Mount Sinai Health System, providing access to subject matter experts and resources. Upon acceptance into the program, Mount Sinai receives a small SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) in the company.
