Multi-Act is an India-based investment advisory and portfolio management firm that serves family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional managers. It began as a single-family office's research arm and has since evolved to offer a range of services, including investment research, advisory, portfolio management, and private equity. The firm's private equity arm, started in 2017, focuses on the FinTech sector through a SEBI-approved Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). Their first private equity fund had a corpus of ₹100 Crores and makes stage-agnostic investments in areas like WealthTech, Neo-Banks, and Capital Market Tech.
