Nordic Secondary Fund

Nordic Secondary Fund is the first and only fund in the Nordics to exclusively invest in secondaries. They acquire secondary stakes in companies that have completed a Series-A capital raising from venture capital or corporate venture. The fund targets companies that have shown to have a proven business model: a documented market for the companies' products or services as well as a scalable business model. They invest in companies post Series A, typically having raised more than € 5-10 Mio from VC. Their min ticket is € 2 Mio and sweet spot is € 3-5 Mio, max ticket is € 9 Mio.
