Overview
A grant program established by the N.C. General Assembly and administered by the N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS). The initiative's purpose is to fund and promote the establishment of value-adding agricultural manufacturing and food processing facilities across North Carolina to fill gaps in the processing of agricultural products, increase jobs, and support farmers.
