Open Web Collective (OWC) is an early-stage blockchain venture fund and accelerator that invests in pre-seed to Series A startups. It focuses on cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and Web3. OWC runs an accelerator program and also makes direct venture investments. It was founded in 2020, initially as the venture division of NEAR Protocol, but now operates as a stand-alone entity. In September 2022, the firm launched a new venture arm, OWC Ventures.
