Overview
The Venture Initiation Program (VIP) is an incubator and accelerator program managed by Venture Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, supporting student and alumni entrepreneurs. It provides mentorship, resources, a founder community, and non-dilutive grant funding to help founders build and grow their ventures. The program consists of multiple tracks, including a community incubator (VIP-C) and an intensive accelerator for more advanced startups (VIP-X) with cohorts in Philadelphia and San Francisco.
