The Venture Initiation Program (VIP) is an incubator and accelerator program managed by Venture Lab at the University of Pennsylvania, supporting student and alumni entrepreneurs. The program consists of multiple tracks, including a community incubator (VIP-C) and an intensive accelerator for more advanced startups (VIP-X) with cohorts in Philadelphia and San Francisco.
