PhiTrust

PhiTrust is a French asset management company founded in 2003, pioneering responsible investment. It operates with a dual strategy: engaging with large listed companies to improve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices through its 'Phitrust Active Investors' arm, and financing and supporting unlisted social enterprises with high social or environmental impact through its 'Phitrust Partenaires' evergreen investment vehicle. The firm became a mission-driven company in 2021, focusing on investments that place human development and environmental preservation at their core. In 2012, Phitrust acquired venture capital firm LC Capital, which was renamed Phitrust Impact Investors to manage thematic funds.
