Overview
The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) is an independent authority that provides low-interest loans and lines of credit for eligible businesses in Pennsylvania. The program aims to stimulate job creation and retention through financing for land and building acquisition, construction and renovation, machinery and equipment purchases, and working capital. Loan applications are administered through a network of local certified economic development organizations (CEDOs). Eligible industries include manufacturing, industrial, agriculture, research and development, hospitality, and others.
