Pidilite Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Pidilite Industries Ltd. It invests in early-stage and growth-stage startups in sectors related to Pidilite's core business, including home improvement and renovation, home care and maintenance, contractor-focused solutions, green construction, and arts and crafts. The firm is stage-agnostic, investing from Seed to Series D, and provides portfolio companies with access to Pidilite's market insights, distribution channels, and industry expertise. It invests directly from the parent company's balance sheet rather than from a dedicated fund.
