PortXL

PortXL is the world's first port and maritime accelerator, founded in 2015. It runs an annual program scouting for promising start-ups and scale-ups globally for the green energy, maritime, logistics, and process industries. The program's goal is to facilitate collaborations, pilot projects, and investments between the selected innovators and its corporate partners, which include the Port of Rotterdam, Van Oord, and Damen Shipyards. PortXL focuses on themes of decarbonization, energy transition, and operational efficiency. Since its inception, it has accelerated over 120 companies.
