Quality Culture

Quality Culture is an organization based in Milan, Italy, that specializes in creating and implementing European projects. It acts as a partner in various initiatives, including those funded by the Horizon Europe and Erasmus+ programs. In the context of the PLOTEC project, it is a partner in a consortium that received a €3.5 million grant to design a storm-proof Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) system. While it is a private, for-profit entity, its role in this and other projects is that of a partner and training provider rather than a traditional investment firm.
