RBS Ventures

RBS Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Grupo RBS, a major Brazilian media conglomerate. Founded in 2022 and based in Porto Alegre, it operates on a "media for equity" model, investing media assets from its parent company's platforms (TV, radio, print, digital) into startups in exchange for equity. The firm primarily targets Brazilian B2C companies at or near breakeven, with a focus on the southern region of the country. It is sector-agnostic but has shown interest in fintech and health.
