RevUp Capital is an investment firm that provides non-dilutive, revenue-based financing to early-stage B2B and B2C companies. Founded in 2016, the firm invests in companies that are typically generating between $500K and $3M in annual revenue and are looking to scale. In addition to capital, RevUp provides hands-on support through its in-house growth team to help portfolio companies build scalable marketing and sales infrastructure. The firm uses a revenue-contract model where companies return a small percentage of their revenue over time until a predetermined cap is reached, allowing founders to retain equity. RevUp Capital actively invests in founders from diverse backgrounds, including women, people of color, and entrepreneurs outside of major tech hubs.
