Sberbank CIB is the corporate and investment banking business of Sberbank, Russia's largest bank. It was established following the acquisition of the investment company Troika Dialog in 2012. The firm's key business areas include corporate finance, investment banking services like M&A advisory, securities sales and trading, private equity, and asset management. While the core Russian entity remains active, its international offices in London and New York were closed or wound down in 2022.
