SCRM is a business and marketing consulting services company founded in 2015, specializing in Social Customer Relationship Management. While its primary business is consulting, it also participates in seed-stage funding rounds as a corporate or angel investor. The company was acquired by The Cocktail, WPP's digital business consultancy, in 2017. Some reports also indicate it was later transformed into a digital hub for Lidl International.
