Sebrae (Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas) is a private, non-profit entity that promotes the competitiveness and sustainable development of micro and small businesses in Brazil. Founded in 1972, it offers support through training, consulting, and programs focused on entrepreneur education, access to credit, technology, innovation, and new markets. While its primary mission is development, Sebrae also acts as an investor through various initiatives, such as its 'INOVA Startups' and Corporate Venture Capital programs, which connect startups with capital and involve direct co-investments.
