Seed Starter Slovenská sporiteľňa

Seed Starter Slovenská sporiteľňa is the first corporate venture capital program in Slovakia, established in September 2022 as a 100% subsidiary of Slovenská sporiteľňa. It functions as an investment fund and incubator, focusing on seed-stage technology startups with a functional MVP and dedicated team. The program provides financing, mentorship through a bootcamp, and helps startups with their go-to-market phase, aiming to find synergies with the parent bank. While open to various sectors, it has a focus on fintech. It was launched with an initial allocated capital of €5 million.
