SISTAFUND

A pan-European venture capital fund with a target size of €100 million, dedicated to supporting startups founded by women entrepreneurs and gender-balanced teams. The fund, which launched in October 2022, invests from pre-seed to Series A stages with check sizes ranging from €250,000 to €3 million. Its investment thesis requires that women hold at least 30% of the founder shares. Key investment sectors include health tech, sustainability, frontier tech (AI and deep tech), and inclusive fintech and insurtech. The fund is legally structured as a French private equity professional fund (FPCI) and is managed by the management company Sunshine SAS. As of April 2025, the fund had raised €70 million of its €100 million target.
