SKTA's core activities focus around advancing growth opportunities for SK Telecom via acquisition, investment, and partnerships. SK Telecom Ventures is a strategic investor focusing on technologies and solutions that are global in scale and are highly synergistic to SK Telecom's businesses. The Corporate Development team supports SK Telecom's long term strategy for growth and value creation by developing strategic relationships and collaboration opportunities with global category leaders, and identifying and expanding into new strategic growth areas through direct strategic investment or acquisition.
