Sorenson Impact Group
Overview
Sorenson Impact Group is a multidisciplinary investment platform focused on catalyzing intentional and scalable impact investing. The group operates through four main branches: Sorenson Impact Funds, which develops investment opportunities and partners with impact fund managers; Sorenson Impact Advisory, an SEC-registered firm that builds mission-aligned portfolios for clients; the Sorenson Impact Foundation, a charitable foundation started in 2012 that makes program-related investments; and the Sorenson Impact Institute, a think-and-do tank housed at the University of Utah that focuses on research and training. The group's strategies aim to fund overlooked sectors and deliver market-rate, risk-adjusted returns alongside measurable social and environmental impact. In 2022, its asset management subsidiary launched Enable Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on disability and innovation.
