Spokane Angel Alliance

The Spokane Angel Alliance (SAA) is an angel investor group composed of over 100 individual and corporate members, making it the largest and most active in Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana. The group, which operates as a 501(c)(6) non-profit, meets six times a year to review investment opportunities in emerging companies. It focuses on early-stage companies in sectors like technology, biotechnology, and others, primarily within its geographical region. Since its inception, members have invested over $80 million into 79 companies. Investments are typically structured as preferred stock, common stock, or convertible promissory notes.
