Startup Odisha

Startup Odisha is an initiative of the Government of Odisha, under the MSME Department, to foster entrepreneurship and promote innovation. It aims to develop a world-class startup hub by providing strategic partnerships, a conducive ecosystem, investment, and policy interventions. The initiative provides financial support to startups in the form of grants, monthly allowances, and product development assistance. It also acts as the implementing agency for the Odisha Startup Growth Fund (OSGF), a 'Fund of Funds' with a target corpus of Rs 100 Crore to be disbursed over 5 years. The program supports startups across a wide range of sectors including Agritech, IT, AI, Healthcare, Fintech, and Bio-Technology.
