Tensor Ventures

Tensor Ventures is a Czech-Luxembourg based venture capital firm founded in 2018 that specializes in deep tech investments. The firm focuses on early-stage (Seed and Series A) startups in sectors such as quantum technologies, AI, computational biotech, sustainable tech, security tech, Software 2.0, energy, and climate tech. The firm's first fund invested €18.5-€20 million in 20 startups. In late 2024, Tensor Ventures launched its second fund, targeting €50 million, with a significant €20 million commitment from the European Investment Fund. The firm invests globally but allocates half of its second fund to projects in the Czech Republic.
