Overview

The Kitchen FoodTech Hub is a technological incubator and investment arm of the Strauss Group, founded in 2015 as part of the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) incubator program. It focuses on investing in and nurturing early-stage Israeli FoodTech startups to address global food challenges. Its areas of interest include alternative proteins, cultivated meat, improved agricultural processes, supply chain technologies, and food safety. The firm acts as a company builder, co-founding ventures such as Aleph Farms. In September 2023, it announced it was raising a new $70 million fund.
