Third Nature Investments is a multi-stage, venture-building platform and venture capital firm founded in 2021. It is committed to systemic, impact-driven investing with a focus on ensuring businesses work in harmony with critical earth systems. The firm invests primarily in Seed and Series A rounds in sectors including Environment Tech, High Tech, Chemicals and Materials Tech, and Sustainability. It describes its approach as "venture building" and aims to partner with companies early on to deliver meaningful impact. Third Nature Investments is considered the next iteration of Closed Loop Capital Investments, L.P. (CLCI), a fund co-founded by Jason W. Ingle in 2012.
