StartupTN

StartupTN is the nodal agency of the Government of Tamil Nadu, operating under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department, to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. It implements the state's startup policies and manages various funding initiatives, including grant and equity-linked programs. Key programs include TANSEED, an equity-linked grant fund for early-stage startups, the Tamil Nadu Emerging Sector Seed Fund (TNESSF), a SEBI-registered AIF, a TN SC/ST Startup Fund, and a Space Tech Fund. The overarching goal is to support the creation of at least 5,000 startups and help Tamil Nadu become a global innovation hub.
