UnTours Foundation

UnTours Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity that functions as an impact investor. It was founded in 1992 and is the 100% owner of UnTours, the world's first certified B Corporation, receiving all of the company's profits for investment. The foundation uses its endowment as a revolving investment fund, providing flexible debt and equity investments to for-profit companies and non-profits with revenue-generating activities. It focuses on businesses addressing social and environmental challenges, with a preference for diverse founders. Since its inception, it has made over $10 million in investments. The foundation also runs specific initiatives, such as the Reset Tourism Fund, to support sustainable businesses.
