The firm invests in creative industries such as fashion, food, film & TV, and video games, with a focus on supporting businesses led by women and BIPOC entrepreneurs. Upstart Co-Lab deploys capital through its "Inclusive Creative Economy Strategy," which makes direct investments in early-stage companies and also invests in other impact funds.
