VNX Exchange

VNX is a financial technology company that began as a Luxembourg-based platform for the tokenization of venture capital assets, designed to provide liquidity to VC funds. The company has since evolved and is now registered in Liechtenstein as VNX Commodities AG. Its current focus is on issuing real-world asset (RWA) tokens, including fiat-referenced stablecoins (VEUR, VCHF) and tokenized gold (VNXAU). The platform facilitates the creation and management of tokens backed by traditional assets. In 2020, it facilitated a EUR 1.1 million investment into Streami Inc. (the parent company of crypto exchange Goopax) by issuing asset-backed tokens on the Ethereum blockchain.
