W5 Group is the single-family office of real estate entrepreneur Ralph Winter, established in 2009. The firm has a dual investment focus. Its primary strategy is investing in innovative residential real estate in the U.S., including multifamily, student housing, single-family rentals, co-living, and micro-apartments, targeting equity, preferred equity, or mezzanine investments of $20 million or more.
