WTIA Startup Program

The WTIA Startup Program is an accelerator segment of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA). It runs the Founder Cohort, a free, no-equity accelerator program for 20-25 early-stage, venture-scale technology startups in Washington state every six months. The program provides startups with educational curriculum, mentorship, networking, and connections to investors, potential partners, and customers. While it does not invest capital directly, participants receive benefits such as AWS credits and discounts on services like Carta and HubSpot. Since its inception, the program has supported over 311 startups, which have gone on to raise a combined total of over $350 million.
