Wayfund is an angel network and investment syndicate composed of former and current Wayfair employees that invests in startups founded by Wayfair alumni. The group focuses on pre-seed and seed stage companies and operates on a deal-by-deal basis, creating a separate LLC for each investment. It functions as a collective, providing capital and mentorship without charging management fees or carry. While industry-agnostic, it has a slant towards the consumer sector due to its members' expertise.
