The Wells Fargo Foundation is the private, non-profit philanthropic arm of Wells Fargo. It provides grants and funding to organizations focused on housing access and affordability, financial mobility, small business growth, and community economic development. The foundation runs several initiatives, including the Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator (IN²), which provides non-dilutive funding to startups, and the Open for Business Fund, which supports small businesses through Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
