Westlake Financial is a technology-based, privately-held finance company that specializes in the acquisition and servicing of prime to subprime automotive retail installment contracts. Headquartered in Southern California, it is the financial services arm of the Hankey Group of Companies and a subsidiary of Westlake Technology Holdings. The company originates indirect automotive retail installment contracts through a nationwide network of new and used car dealerships and also provides loan portfolio purchasing, credit facilities, and portfolio servicing. While its primary focus is auto loans, it also provides financing for other areas such as consumer loans and elective medical procedures, and provides large-scale debt facilities to other companies.
