Wyoming Venture Capital

Wyoming Venture Capital (WYVC) is a quasi-governmental venture capital program established by the Wyoming Business Council in 2023. It is funded by the U.S. Treasury's State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) with up to $58.4 million. The fund has a geographic focus on Wyoming and utilizes two strategies: a Direct Strategy to make co-investments in Wyoming-based startups and a Funds Strategy to invest as a Limited Partner in other Wyoming-focused VC funds. Its mission is to catalyze the startup ecosystem in Wyoming by providing equity financing to high-growth companies.
