Xuzhou Industrial Development Fund is a government guidance fund established by the Xuzhou Municipal Government to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. It operates on a three-tier "guidance fund, mother fund, sub-fund" model, aiming to guide financial and social capital into Xuzhou's key industries. The fund's manager is Xuzhou Industrial Development Fund Management Co., Ltd., under the parent company Xuzhou Guosheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. Its investment focus includes six strategic industries like new energy and information technology, six pillar industries like equipment manufacturing, and modern service industries. The fund structure is designed to create a sub-fund group with a total size of RMB 100 billion.
