Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground

The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is a contracting center under the U.S. Army Contracting Command that provides global contracting support for the U.S. Army and other federal agencies. It is a life-cycle acquisition organization specializing in market research, solicitation, and administration of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions. Its primary focus is acquiring technologically advanced equipment and services in areas such as Research and Development (R&D), C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), and Chemical/Biological Defense. In fiscal year 2023, ACC-APG executed over 21,000 actions and obligated approximately $15 billion.
