Atomico Angel Programme

An initiative by the European venture capital firm Atomico, designed to empower a diverse group of operators, founders, and ecosystem leaders to become angel investors. The program provides selected angels with capital (typically $100,000 each) to invest in early-stage (often pre-seed) startups across Europe. The stated goal is to democratize access to angel investing and foster a more inclusive startup ecosystem by backing founders from underrepresented backgrounds. The investments are made independently by the angels, at a stage earlier than Atomico's typical Series A focus.
