Exelon Community Impact Capital Fund
Overview
A $36 million investment fund launched by Exelon Corporation and the Exelon Foundation to expand access to capital for businesses in historically disenfranchised or socio-economically disadvantaged communities within Exelon's service areas. The fund, managed by RockCreek, provides both debt and equity financing to help businesses grow, create jobs, and reinvest in their neighborhoods. The fund's investment areas include communities served by Exelon's utilities: Atlantic City Electric, BGE, ComEd, Delmarva Power, PECO, and Pepco.
