Overview
Failup Ventures is a Finnish-American venture capital fund with offices in Helsinki and San Francisco. The firm invests in pre-seed and seed-stage startups in the United States and the Nordic countries. It was founded in 2022 by three Finnish entrepreneurs: Jesse Heikkilä, Topias Soininen, and Oscar Andersin. In November 2023, the firm announced the first €30 million closing of its new €50 million fund. While sector-agnostic, the fund focuses on investing in mission-driven founders who have a positive impact on society, work, health, or the environment. Their LPs include several successful startup and unicorn founders.
