Firsthand Technology Value Fund

Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Inc. is a publicly traded venture capital fund that invests in technology and cleantech companies. The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term growth of capital, principally by seeking capital gains on its equity and equity-related investments. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets for investment purposes in technology companies. In addition, under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 70% of its total assets in privately held companies and public companies with market capitalizations of less than $250 million.
