Gaingels is a venture capital investment firm that focuses on investing in companies with diverse and underrepresented leadership, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those promoting progressive social values. It is a venture investment syndicate in support of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies in the venture capital space. Gaingels also supports its companies with a diverse talent and capital pipeline and provides an internal diverse board member recruitment advisory to help bring more diversity and representation within private boards.
