Invest Atlanta

Invest Atlanta is the official economic development authority for the City of Atlanta, focused on strengthening the city's economy and global competitiveness. It is a government authority that utilizes economic tools such as bond financing, revolving loan funds, housing financing, tax increment financing, and tax credits to accelerate job creation, neighborhood revitalization, and entrepreneurship. The organization is governed by a nine-member board chaired by the Mayor of Atlanta and is comprised of the Urban Residential Finance Authority, Downtown Development Authority, and the Atlanta Economic Renaissance Corporation.
