Leerink Partners is an independent investment bank founded in 1995 with an exclusive focus on the healthcare industry. The firm provides M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets, equity research, and sales and trading services to companies in the biopharma, digital health, health tech, medical technology, and tools and diagnostics sectors. In addition to its banking services, the firm also engages in investment activities, having co-founded the VC firm Transformation Capital and established the Leerink Transformation Fund. The firm was acquired by SVB Financial Group in 2019 and operated as SVB Leerink and later SVB Securities, before a management buyout in 2023 restored its independence and original name.
