Its offerings include confidential invoice discounting, stock revolver loans, and term loans for property, plant, and machinery. The firm was founded in 2016 and is part of the Praetura Group's lending division, which also includes Praetura Asset Finance, Kingsway Finance, Praetura Invoice Finance, and Zodeq. As of November 2023, the Praetura Lending Division had a combined loan book of over £380 million. The firm is co-founded by Lisa Wood (Managing Director) and Stuart Bates (Commercial Director).
