Rise of the Rest Seed Fund

Rise of the Rest Seed Fund is a venture capital fund managed by Revolution LLC. It focuses on investing catalytic capital in promising seed-stage companies located outside of the traditional US technology hubs of Silicon Valley, New York City, and Boston. The initiative, led by Steve Case, began with nationwide bus tours in 2014 to engage with emerging startup ecosystems, with the first formal fund launched in 2017. The fund is backed by a prominent group of entrepreneurs and executives.
