Smalt Capital

Smalt Capital, formerly ACG Management, is a French private equity firm established in 2000 that specializes in equity and quasi-equity financing for unlisted French SMEs at all stages of development, including seed, innovation, growth, and transmission. The firm has a strong territorial focus on the South of France, Corsica, and Reunion Island, but operates nationally. Since 2019, it has been backed by Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC. In addition to its core private equity activities, Smalt Capital also engages in financing renewable energy infrastructure projects since 2022 and provides consulting services.
