The University of Cambridge Seed Fund is an evergreen investment fund managed by Cambridge Enterprise, the commercialisation arm of the University of Cambridge. The fund is an evergreen impact investor, reinvesting all realized income to support future companies. It offers a range of funding from pre-seed options starting at £20,000 to larger seed investments of up to £500,000, with a total investment capacity of up to £1 million per company. The fund invests across a wide range of sectors, with a focus on deep technology and research. As of July 2023, its portfolio was valued at £124 million.
