Ukrainian Startup Fund

The Ukrainian Startup Fund is a state-owned institution that provides non-repayable, non-equity grant funding to early-stage (pre-seed and seed) technology startups in Ukraine. Established in 2018, it aims to drive the startup ecosystem, provide conditions for growth, and create a positive investment image for Ukraine's tech industry abroad. Initially under the Ministry of Finance, it has been managed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine since 2023. The fund offers grants, typically $25,000 for pre-seed and $50,000 for seed stages, as well as acceleration programs and innovation vouchers.
